What exactly do you intend to accomplish with these rediculous scam accounts?
The vast majority of DA is aware of this whole thing and what you are doing, as for the poor people who are not, well, once they are you people could very well find yourselves in some legal trouble. Telling people they've become finalists or semfinalists, whatever so that they will give you money is fraud, which is illegal.
This account has been reported, as will any others I see doing this.
Not to tear down what you're saying, but the websites like this jump through all of the loopholes in the law which mean that they are, in fact, legal. Otherwise they would've been pulled off of the internet and slapped several times over.

I am unsure as to whether it is Poetry.com behind this spam, or another company, but the principle behind it is the same. They're spamming, possibly spreading advertisements, viruses, or scams through deviantART, and you shouldn't fall for them!
